Our maximum occupancy is currently set at 125, but for a more comfortable experience in the gathering space, we suggest aiming for a range of 80-100 guests. Our venue is thoughtfully designed to cater to smaller to mid-sized events. If your guest count exceeds 125, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll gladly assist in recommending alternative event spaces that may better suit your needs.

You can, but you MUST secure a day-of ABC license and provide us with a copy as proof it was obtained. This is mandatory for serving any type of alcohol no matter what size event.

Unfortunately, no. Because we work on an hourly rental system, we cannot let renters in before their purchased rental time to set up or drop off anything. We recommend (especially for events) booking the half day option or full day option to ensure you have plenty of time to set up and break down.

Our space offers a variety of options included in your rental fee such as props to enhance your session or event, including chairs, couches, displays, easels (*see the rentals tab for a full list and stock), as well as tables and chairs to accommodate your gathering.

Absolutely! Feel free to do so. We suggest ensuring that your DJ has ample space for setup, considering both the equipment requirements and the number of planned guests attending, and hourly rental for their break down and set up.

Absolutely! Feel free to use it, but please ensure to return it to its original location and exercise caution when handling items. For heavier items, it may be necessary to use a team-lift approach.

We do not currently provide linens, but our tables take 120” linens to drop cloth to the floor.

Certainly! Ensure you allocate sufficient time in your rental period for early setup. Typically, rental companies arrange drop-offs the day before. However, if you wish to access the space early, you must include that day in your rental. Please note that early entry is subject to availability, as we accommodate other hourly renters. To facilitate early setup, consider renting consecutive full days based on your external rental agreement, otherwise, we will not grant access outside of your rental purchase.

Of course! We designed our space to be catering friendly; however, it us important to note that our kitchenette is BASIC. We have stainless steel tables, a refrigerator, two 55 gallon trash can, and a serving window. That’s it. We DO NOT have a stove or microwave.
