OUR GATHERING SPACE
First, you get EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE USE of our entire building featuring our charming 14-foot high all-white industrial-style ceilings, complemented by all-white bare walls and enchanting dimmable gold wagon wheel chandeliers adorned with string lights, our self-service gathering space beckons with over 2,000 square feet, eagerly awaiting the transformation for your event to come to life.
THE GATHERING SPACE
kitcHenette
Included in our space is access to a simple kitchenette featuring stainless steel tables, a spacious sink, a refrigerator, and an expansive serving window—an ideal setup for catering needs.
oCCUPANCY
Our maximum occupancy is currently set at 125, but for a more comfortable experience in the gathering space, we suggest aiming for a range of 80-100 guests. Our venue is thoughtfully designed to cater to smaller to mid-sized events. If your guest count exceeds 125, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll gladly assist in recommending alternative event spaces that may better suit your needs.
SOUND
Experience our dual-room SONOS speaker system, seamlessly integrated with Amazon Alexa, to elevate the musical ambiance of your event. With one speaker in the gathering space and another in the bar area, these speakers effortlessly sync to play music in both rooms simultaneously.
rEnTals & PrOPS
Included in your rental is a variety of props to enhance your session or event, including chairs, couches, displays, easels (*see the rentals tab for a full list and stock), as well as tables and chairs to accommodate your gathering.

BathrOoms
We offer two bathrooms, one of which is ADA compliant. These facilities are consistently equipped with essential supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and various toiletry items, ensuring a delightful experience for your guests.
thE bar
We offer a charming "bar" space at the rear of our building, providing a cozy setting for additional event versatility. Whether you opt for a buffet setup or use it as a fully functional bar (note: securing a day-of ABC license is mandatory for serving any type of alcohol). privAte Lounge
We provide a dedicated multipurpose room/lounge exclusively for our renters. This space is ideal for storing guest coats, personal items, or serving as a discreet area for breastfeeding mothers.
